Dear POPASMOKE members and supporters,
After fixing various NOTAMS issues, we've established an upgraded membership data base system.
We are now pleased to notify you that we now have an automated membership system that will allow us to maintain your membership details, emails and payments from a single, easy to use web-based system that will help us ensure that we are supporting POPASMOKE members in the best way.
We're requesting that every recipient of this email simply log in to the new system tomorrow and verify your information. The website will be available Thursday Oct 25 at 0800 EST.
These upgrades will greatly help to keep our rosters accurate and updated, improve our ability to reach members and ensure that your payments are recorded properly. It will also give our paid POPASMOKE members more membership services:
• Online payment and history
• A secure online directory only available to paid members
• An automated dues reminder system
• Automatic directory update from information you provide online
• Easier access to POPASMOKE information FOR MEMBERS ONLY
This system also helps us with an easier way to manage membership and support members. It decreases our overhead and daily management requirements and ensures that general association and reunion information reaches the widest net.

The computer recognizes me when I come to the site so I can post - but - when I try to come from the email link it doesn't accept my password (s) and shuts me out????

If you have any trouble accessing your account on the POPASMOKE membership portal please provide your email addresses to webmaster@popasmoke.com. We will send you the link and your username and password.
This is different from the log in for the NOTAM boards. Your NOTAM login has not changed.
For all members we will ensure your email on file that is associated with your POPASMOKE membership will be used to provide your username and password. We will not send this out through NOTAM so please email webmaster@popasmoke.com
