I came across an online version of the Navy "Allowance and Location of Naval Aircraft" at http://www.history.navy.mil/a-record/alna69-80.htm and it shows VMO-6 Det A at Kaneohe Bay from about Sept 74 through Sept 76. 6 OV-10As were authorized but none were held by the det, instead H&MS-24 appears to have had custody of the aircraft. Does anyone know any more?
