A former CO of one of the VMOs....flew OV-10s.......is dying at home.....I went by to visit him.....Hospice is now there....and Rocco doesn't have much time left.....if any of our members remember him....they can write and I'll take their messages to Rocco and his wife.......Rocco is dying of an inoperable brain tumor, and does not have many lucid days left...

Lt Col. Rocco F Valluzzi
I just got to this site a few das ago and saw this post. I served with a Capt. Rocco F. Valluzzi in 1966 and 1967 in HMM 263. He was a fine pilot and a hell of a good guy. He was my pilot on many occasions and while I was a door gunner and a chew chief, we did manage to get our blood pressure up a time or two. I am very sorry to hear that he is not in the best of health. I Hope all his flying is in good weather.
