They actually kept it kind of quiet around here LZ. I heard about it thru a guy that volunteers there. I was last there when I went to pick up Craze last summer and when I heard about it in Nov/Dec I ask him if he had been alerted and he had not. I thought they should have contacted anyone who had treatment there in the last year - but what do I know:confused:

I have a vague memory of Dale's call to inquire if I'd been notified of this situation.,of which I had not. It comes of no surprise.,that the government would try to keep this hush / hush.,given their "track record".
Sounds like another big ol' "Can-O-Worms" that the VA & DOD "disavows any knowledge of".
