Because this is Tri-care related I thought it would be appropriate to post this info here. The following site will let you find the nearest military site for renewal of ID cards and updating DEERS info. I found that a guard unit not far from my home will do it rather than drive over a 100 miles to Ft Polk.

DEERS/ID card
The Arkansas National Guard has an ID card section that will do ID cards and DEERS stuff for people.
It is located on Camp Robinson, North Little Rock, AR.
