It's very difficult and sad to have to report to you all that our good friend and wife of Retired Master Sgt. ID Maze is now in a battle with cancer. After a two week stay in the hospital, yesterday, ID brought Ina home with the idea of making her as comfortable as possible. Ina has attended for many years with ID to most all reunions, being especially attentative to those friends who served with ID throughout his Marine Corps career. She is a champion of Marine wives. Please join us in praying for Ina and her family.

Cards of encouragement may be sent to:

Ina passed away

ID Maze, always the warrior did not notify Popasmoke of the passing of his wife, Ina.
I found out while talking with MGYSGT John Easter.
John told me she passed away in April. As you know she was suffering from cancer. This is an illness reserved for allof us who spent time with Agent Orange, but it does strike othe individuals also.
Ina Maze was a fine lady, who always took the lead in stting up functions at the reunions and seemed like she was always there when someone had a question.
She took good care of ID, another Marine that we still look up to as a legend of the Corps.

My condolences to ID, a Marine who has always had my greatest respect and admiration. There is a reason he was always the CO's crewchief.

Rest in Peace Ina.
