Squadron Hootches (Hospitality Suites) -
There are a limited number of Hootches available.
Hootches are located at the end of various floors and consist of a suite with adjoining room and one room across the hall.
Hootches will be assigned after 5/15/10 based on registrations identifying "Primary Squadron"

Squadron Coordinators. LZ Zok LZ@popasmoke.com is the POC for all squadron coordinators. If you are a squadron coordinator and have not been in touch with LZ, please do so now.

Golf Tournament. Bruce Colbert arthur.colbert@gmail.com is coordinating the golf outing. Any questions or request for pairings contact him. Airport Transportation. The Grand Sierra offers a courtesy shuttle to and from the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Departing from the hotel, the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour, daily between 5:00am and 11:30pm. Departing from the airport, the shuttle leaves from the exit located at the far end of baggage claim every 15 and 45 minutes past the hour daily between 5:15am and 11:45pm. The shuttle is able to carry approximately fifteen passengers. As space is limited on courtesy services, taxis may be a prefered option for the short ride.
