The squadron registration kiosks will be located in front of the respective hootches. Some are upstairs. You gotta go to your squadron kiosk to get your badge and sign in with your coordinator.

The following squadrons are upstairs. There are plenty escallators and elevators to take you right up there:

161, 265, 165, 365, 1 MAW, MAG 16, VMO 2, VMO 3, VMO 6, 261, 167, 162, 367. Those hootches are in rooms 201 thru 204 on the third floor.

Upstairs at the front end of the Convention Center are some great open areas with plush leather chairs for small gatherings with a view.

Remaining squadrons and Docs hootches are in rooms 101 thru 106 on street level.

The Thursday afternoon/evening BBQ supper is upstairs in the ballroom as is the Sunday brunch.

Freebies is downstairs in room 100. SNAFU is upstairs in room 200.

There is a huge covered parking garage across Commerce street from the Convention Center.

This ain't Dallas... they don't write tickets for jaywalking in Cowtown.

Side note: There is a Ringling Bothers Circus going on in the Convention Center Colluseum if you need a passtime for young'uns.
