POPASMOKE will again be setting up "The Hootch" at 20th and Constitution for The Birthday and Veterans Day. Set up is tentatively scheduled for 12 noon on Sunday Nov. 9th. Any help will be greatly appreciated in setting up for this important POPASMOKE event.
Hootch is scheduled to be open all day Monday (The Birthday) and until about 1500 hrs. on Tuesday. Birthday cake will be distributed shortly after the wreath laying ceremony at 1100 hrs on the 10th.
