Sad news - in case you'd not heard, Bud Moos (XO, HMM-263 1980-1983) died last Tuesday, 27 June 2006. He was 62 years old. His wife Lin called me last evening to tell me his memorial service will be at 1100 on Friday, 28 July 2006, at the Army-Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA.
A lunch will follow the service.

FYI - in a phone call a few minutes ago, Bud's daughter Nessy told me that Bud's obituary appeared in the 04 July 06 Washington Post, and it should be in today's Washington Times.
This is all the info I currently have - I'll pass more when I have it.

Mike 'Gabby' Duva, Colonel, USMC (Ret)

A memorial service and reception will be held on Friday, July 28th,
11:00am, at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Virginia. In lieu of
flowers, please consider a donation in Bud's honor to the W.H.I. "Bud" Moos Memorial for Lung Cancer Research.

Memorial Service Address:
