Thank you so very much for the very eloquent words describing Bill. As I began to read your message, once again a heavy sadness came over me and I almost turned away. But as I read further, I began to smile because, although I knew Bill for a very short time in comparison to most who have put down words here, you have described him exactly the way I remember him in my mind's eye.

There is no better tribute that I can give, than to say: "Bill Woidyla continues to make me smile".

By the way, you are a "Plank Owner" of the Tombal Takeover Team so you certainly do not need any type of persmission to join us, or any Popasmoke event for that matter.

Sandy, you are FAMILY.

He then received another letter from the President when they found out that Bill had cancer.

Upon Bill's passing, Sandy received a tribute from President Bush. I will attach it as soon as I can get it sized down.
