Hi Wally,

I just learned that Steve Salamack (Stephen C Salamack) passed away two years ago. Steve was a mustang weather officer who retired as a Major about 1977 or 1978. A lot of the pilots on the site probably received weather briefs from him over the years. Steve was an accomplished martial arts student, as well as a scuba instructor. After retiring, he went on to earn his masters degree, then taught in Three Rivers, CA.
