To those recieving this message, let me first start by saying that this is Jeffrey Jones, Harold Jones' son, and I have difficult news to share with you all. Harold left us this morning due to a sudden illness that even with quick medical attention he was unable to recover from. Initial diagnosis suggests that it was a Pulmonary Embolism but cannot be 100% verified without autopsy. Arrangements are pending at this time, however, services will be at Coplin Funeral Home in Park Hills, MO with interment to be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary in St. Louis, MO with full military honors. We here know how close you were with my father and if you need any further information please feel free to contact myself at e-mail address pmasai@sbcglobal.net or by phone at either (573)358-1715 or (573)631-6046. Thank you in advance for your thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,
Jeffrey T. Jones

Jonesy was the crew chief on my first shoot down. Maj Fennell was the pilot. Pacifier mission in the Arizona Territory. I will miss you Jonesy.
