I would like to post notice of my husbands passing on September 4, 2006. Robert "Bruce" (Swanny) Swanberg has been a member of the association for many years. We were both dissapointed not to be able to attend this years reunion in Ft. Worth. I know he would want you to all know how important this membership was to him. After 23 years in the Corps and another 20 in the civilian world of the defense industry, he had made a tremendous contribution not only to his profession but to the lives of those he touched. His battle with lung cancer, caused by Agent Orange, was long and couragous and he has once again in true marine fashion fought ibravely.
