Danny Perez died September 10, 2004 in Spokane, Washington at the age of 54.

Danny was a huey crew chief with HML-367 at Phu Bai, and retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant in 1990.

On the morning of Monday, August 30 while driving to work, a second vehicle that failed to stop hit Danny's car. The accident occured approximately one mile from his home. 11 days later Danny died.

RIP it up Danny - we miss you.

Is this same Danny Perez that was on Recuiting duty early 70's and at MARTD Whidbey/HML-770 support 77-7? and Maint Chief or Maint cntl chief in the 82-87 time frame.

Have not seen the PM yet hiding in cyberspace I guess.
I knew Danny at Whidbey and ran into him at Pendleton again in 82. Last time I saw him was 86 he was attached to NAMTRADET at Pendleton and starting to look forward to retiring and returning to Wa area.
He was a Friend, Brother and Excellent Marine He will be MISSED
