Welcome home fellow Marines and Sailors π

Friends of VMM-263,
I am sending this out to everyone (with an e-mail address) who has shown such great consideration and generosity towards the deployed Marines and Sailors of VMM-263 during this squadronβs Operation Iraqi Freedom deployment.
I wanted to let you all know that this e-mail address will soon be non-functional, which is a good thing because it means that this combat tour is nearing its end.
Thank you all for everything you have done for this squadron while we have been over here, most especially during the holiday season when family separation hits deployed families the hardest. Your kindness has been inspiring and reaffirmed to us the goodness present in the hearts of those we deploy to defend.
Once we are back home, the best source of info on the squadron is via the official squadron website http://www.2maw.usmc.mil/MAG29/VMM263/default.asp
You have my genuine admiration and thanks.
Semper Fidelis.

Great tour "Brother" we're all proud of you guys. I hope your replacements can have as safe a tour as yours. You guys should show up at the Pop-A-Smoke reunion in DC this summer. God's speed be with you!
