I would have posted in the 'Squadrons' section HMM-361, but obviously nobody from 361 goes there.... there have not been any posts for 999 days according to the NOTOM Thread.
The Minting Company contacted me because I helped get the coins made for your squadron a couple years ago and they are going to destroy the molds/dies and I just want someone to get back to me ASAP so I can tell the company what your intentions are: let them be destroyed or I believe make some sort of arrangements for a re-order to preserve them. I am having to scramble on my squadron's coins also.
Either email me or send me a 'Private' message. I expect to have some sort of information on what to do in the next day or two. I was not home today when they called and left a message. I have replied to their email which also arrived today but will not (as stated above) hear back from them for a day or two.

Thanks Joe, but it is their responsibility to keep track of their stuff. I helped them order their coins and am/was just passing along the warning from the company. I hope that someone replies shortly.

FYI!
The minting company has informed me that your molds/dies will be destroyed if you do not respond by May of this year. (Initiate a reorder)
After that time, you'll have to pay to have the molds/dies remade if you wish to have more coins produced in the future.
If you do not wish to, or plan not to re-order, then I suppose you can ignore this message. I am just trying to help, since I was the one that helped your Squadron find the company and put together the package for you. Whomever wishes to take charge of this matter please, get hold of me, and I'll gladly direct you to the proper contact, to terminate the relationship, re: 361 Flying Tigers Challenge Coin molds/dies.

Your molds/dies will be destroyed if no order is received by the end of April... May is the month for destruction. The pricing for your coins if interested is
Tigers Coin;
$9.35 minimum order (each for order of 50 - 99)
$6.80 (each for order of 100-299)
$5.85 (each for order of 300-499)
