HMM-263 '66-'67
Gary, I'm trying to locate Tom Edmonds who was a Sea Knight pilot for Peachbush in November 1970. I'm writing a chapter in a book about a Nov. 18, 1970 helicopter crash that Lt. Edmonds might shed some light on. Appreciate any help you can give me. Semper Fi, Dan Kellum, 1stLt. Echo Co., 2/1, 1970

T. R. 'Tom' Edmunds
I've followed your advice, George, and sent an email to that source you suggested...waiting for a reply. The HMM 263 Peachbush pilot I'm looking for is CAPT. T. R. 'TOM' EDMUNDS...with a 'u' and not 'o' in Edmunds. My mistake. He has some information that may be useful on the helicopter crash of Nov. 18, 1970. T.R. Edmunds
Dan,
I think I remember him but I don't know his where abouts. If you punch Thomas Edmonds into www.switchboard.com it comes up wit 7 Thomas Edmunds, no Thomas R.'s though.
Tom Edmunds
A friend of mine, Allen Bowen (retired USMC) works for Anteon in Pensacola. I have noted that virtually all his 'blanket' emails have a Tom Edmunds address. According to what I have been able to decipher, it appears that Tom also works for Anteon - I believe in Cherry Point.
I have forwarded a copy of the original post to Allen - I'm sure you'll hear from him shortly. Hope tyhis helps.
