I was hit by a taxi cab in Kobi Japan while we were there. I have had AMNESA from then in til about 5 years ago. The VA is the one that has told me that I have had Amnesa, But I have to prove it happened in the Marine Corps. I have had 6 people that remember me getting hit by a taxi but the VA needs EYE WITNESSES and there are 10 -15 of you that helped me when it happened. I need to talk to you. SEMPER FI,
