Disabled ~mid '70's from a phrog crash, possibly onboard the Guadacanal (LPH 7). Was part of a composite (HMM +/-) out of New River. Last seen @ Cp Lejuene golf course, said he was expecting delivery of a van w/specialized controls, and subsequent discharge (RELACDU) to go back to his HOR.
