Juan Sanchez was a helicopter pilot in Saigon. He had to leave Viet Nam in 1975. He left behind a 3 year old son and his mother, Thi Hue Nguyen. The mother did not want to leave Viet Nam. She died when the boy was about 8. He came to the US in about 1991 through Catholic Social Services. I would like to help him find his father or information about him. His father would be very proud of him.

I could be wrong, but that looks like an Army pilot. It is hard to tell in that picture but it looks like what the Army wore at the time. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Thanks

Thank you so much. I didn't know. That does help. Is there a board like this for the army?
