I'm trying to find my HMM 262 pilots, crew chiefs and all personnel who shared my time in Viet Nam. If any of you see this thread, you can contact me at emowry@roadrunner.com. I've written a book entitled, "So Close to Dying,", and I think you might enjoy it. You may be in the book, either in the text or following photographs at the end of the book. The book is available at Amazon.com both in paperback and epub. Just go to http://Amazon.com and type "So Close to Dying" in the search box.
If you remember, I put together our Cruise Book that year.
Would love to hear from you, ans if you decide to read my book, I'd love your critical review.

I was with you from Quantri, PhuBai and Danang . Christmas 69 and so on. Good to see you have done what I have only dream of. Will be getting the book and sharing it with others. :rolleyes:

Ed, why don't you take your book to the squadron reunion in Dallas in August. I know Fred, Mini-Mac, Bo, Mike Harr, AC Allen, Juan Arnold an a host of others will be there. Talk to Jake or Steve Bravard - they can make it happen.
