Looking for Capt. Jim Barr or anyone from HML-167, Spring 1970 that knew CHUCK MANDELIN,who was an Infantry Intel Officer attached to HML-167. His son, Charles Mandelin III, a former Navy Corpsman, then Commissioned Med Officer, is trying to reconstruct his Dad's history. Anyone that can help with info...
