Got a request to see if anyone knows where abouts of J.W. Pinson, CO HML-167, 6/78-9/79
Slick, wasn't he our CO in HML-267? He was the Det CO when we took the USS Bellow Wood on it's maiden voyage through the Panama Canal. I was the NCIOC for that one. I lost track of him myself. S/F

Joe Pinson at VMO-1
Capt. Joe Pinson was a UH-1 instructor pilot at VMO-1, New River in 1967...a Dr. Pepper fanatic, he had at least one case in his overseas baggage, maybe more...God bless, and...Semper Fi!
