My father, William McGarvey, was a USMC helicopter pilot in Vietnam was killed in action (1965-1968). He had been stationed at Kaneohe MCB in Oahu/Hawaii in 1957 the year of my birth. He impregnated my mother, Billie Ann Sabala, while in Hawaii but my "biological parents" never married d/t military rules/constraints over out-of-wedlock births. I would appreciate any/all information available about my father since I only know his identity and nothing more.
