I recently purchased a 1960's Marine Officers Dress Blue coat that was named to IP Bullard. Doing a Google search I found an I. P. Bullard named on the HMM-364 3 May 1968 LtCol. Dobratz's Letter to Parents/Wives

Mr. Bullard is also listed on the HMM 364 website as being wounded sometime in 1968 or 69.

I am wondering if anyone may have known Mr. Bullard and if you can confirm whether or not he was from North Carolina. I purchased the coat in Lumberton, NC recently.

I can find no listing for an I P Bullard in North Carolina nor a listing for any one by that name in the National Gravesite Locator web site.

Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
