I am trying to find the status/whereabouts of a Colonel Donald D. Wilson, who was CO of the MAG (I forget which number?) at Tustin in his twilight tour. He was a former F-4 pilot, then flew helos in Vietnam, then came to MARTD Glenview as OpsO (where I flew with him in A-4's). Great guy and a Major when I first met him. Later ( I forget which year it was) I paid him a visit at Tustin, at which time he was a Colonel. (It could have been that he was Tustin Base CO, not MAG CO?) I would like to meet him again if he's still kickin'. Do you have any info on him? The MCAA has a Captain Don Wilson age 92, who is not the man I'm looking for. Wrong rank, wrong age. Maybe you can help? Many thanks and Semper Fi

Re: From my inbox; looking for Donald D. Wilson
Served with him in Glenview, flew UH-1 a lot with him. Great pilot. Haven't heard anything on him since. If I get anything I will post it.
