I was directed to Marcad.net after searching the web for a "Eugene F. Secor" and found a person with this name. The reason I am searching for Mr. Secor or his descendants is that I have been receiving a 1099 tax form from John Hancock Life Insurance in Mr. Secor's name at my residence in Queens, New York for over six years. I telephoned the insurance company and they indicate that the file is active but that there has been no real activity on the account since the policy was paid in 1962 The year on the Secor photograph on your website (MARCAD WEBSITE) is 1963 and I feel it is more than just a coincidence. Perhaps Mr. Secor died serving his country or perhaps he is still alive. Regardless, I am just trying to do the right thing by attempting to locate him or his descendents.

If you have any contact information for him or his family, please be so kind as to forward it to me.

I am an attorney in New York but this quest has nothing to do with our law firm. I just want to make sure that the policy proceeds go to the family - if that be the case - or to just let Mr. Secor know of the existence of this policy.
