Do you know or remember?
I was at the Rose Garden from 8/72 to 3/73 as a member of VMGR-152. We had 4 KC-130F's, all 4 flew 3 sorties each day to refuel the F-4's and A-6's that were also based at the Rose Garden (aka RTAF Base Nam Phong).

Marty I posted your VMGR-152 info on our Marine Chat forum and our MSgt Bob "Red" Doktor who was in that squadron and retired in 69 posted this: Too bad that I do not have a way to connect to him to let him know that the VMGR group is going to have the reunion next year in Memphis.
His e-mail is reddoc@comcast.net if you want to contact him. He thought you may have been Jim Velleto, but I gave him your name and that you were from Memphis. He thinks you may have joined the squadron after he left.

Bob "Mad Dog " Morley
Anyone out there remember Bob Morley. he was originally a 34 guy and then VMGR-152 them Maint Chief. I think he retired as a M/Sgt. If he is alive--he's gotta be mid seventies. His running mate, Don Schwartz just passed away last spring.
