and he's been MIA since 1999. (he's in the database)

I have 3 terrific VHS tapes of converted 8 or 16mm film of Vietnam which is under some kind of copywrite in his name.

I need his permission to reproduce those tapes
into a documentary-style DVD - for free distribution
to anyone who wants a copy.
This is history which we all should enjoy.
