Forwarded to me from Joe Hoagland... I thought it should go somewhere.... I am sure some have seen it, but for those that haven't
This video is one that you'll find very poignant and probably personal in that it will most likely bring back memories of events that are now history. But not forgotten.
This video also comes at a time when an important event is about to take place on March 17th...the Gathering of Eagles. Let's hope and pray that it's a resounding success and delivers a strong message to the malcontents who will be there to demonstrate. It should prove to them that there are still those who care about our nation. Hopefully it will be peaceful, but I wouldn't bet on it.
This takes time to load, but PLEASE allow the time it takes and you won't regret it. You will not only be thankful you did, but I'm betting you'll be sharing it with your comrades-in-arms wherever they may be.

The pictures, maps, and recollections are incredible. They help to paint a vivid picture of what it was like for y'all over there.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING.
I managed to get my degree in history though I have done little with save personal research. Your site is an incredible archive of the war through the eyes of the Marines. One of the best archival collections I have ever seen, kind of in the Studs Terkel style which is the only way for history to be recorded.
