Received from Col Bianca
Gents,
Sorry if a repeat, but if you know someone that would appreciate this event, please ensure to pass. The CH-46 will go probably down in history with the M-1 Garand Rifle, F-4U Corsair, and the M-60 MBT; truly a Marine Corps Icon.
So mark your calendars for the 'last flight' commemoration of the CH-46E which will be Saturday, 1 Aug 2015
. Fly-in location will be the National Air & Space Museum Udvar-Hazy Center at Dulles airport. There will also be an evening social event the night prior, Friday 31 July at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, VA.S/F,
