Does anyone know where to find the KIA Incident Report for the KC130 crash at Khe Sahn on Feb 10,1968?

I have read this report before, and now want to review it again, but for the life of me cannot find it in any of my searches.

The aircraft was a KC130 which belonged to VMGR-152. It was hit by enemy fire while on the runway at Khe Sahn trying to off-load its cargo of fuel bladders. A good friend of mine was killed in this incident, but I cannot remeber if there were any survivors.

Any help is appreciated.

Henry Wildfang was PIC of that aircraft. I think most of the crew got out alive. Henry could tell you the facts.

The first time I got to Khe Sahn was the winter of 70/71. We were greeted by that lonely C-130 engine sticking out of the mud at the East end of what was left of the runway.

Re: KIA Incident Report for KC130 Crash at Khe Sahn

As I recall from the KIA incident report that I once read, 6 of the 10 crewmembers/passengers died immediately in the crash, and my friend, LCpl Jerry Ferren died 3 weeks later in a state-side hospital burn unit.

That's why I wanted to find the KIA report again, to clarify my memory.
