UH-34-D, Bureau Number 150213 was recently delivered to Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Dallas. http://www.cavanaughflightmuseum.com/ The Cavanaugh Flight Museum is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization. As with similar organizations they rely on donations and volunteers.

My data shows the location and the unit at the time they took the aircraft on charge. It suffered Class B damage on the 9th of July 1966, with 1 major injury and 3 minor.

It was probably HMM-764. HMM-773 was also stationed at Los Alamitos from 15 Apr 68-31 Aug 69, when it was deactivated.

This A/C was the first H-34 I flew after flight school with my first squadron HMM-264. Total flight time was 14.3 hrs in this A/C

UH-34D, BUNO 150213 was with HMM-163 in Danang June 1968. put it out on the NOTAM BOARD that Cavanaugh has completely restored it and now wants to put the correct marking on it. Does ony one know what MODEX number it carried YP-?? If not then can any one come close???
