Ben Casio sends:

For those that live in the Raritan/Metuchen NJ area info on funeral services for one of our lost heroes who gave it all while serving with HMH 363.

WOODBRIDGE — The funeral Mass for U.S. Marine Cpl. Kevin Reinhard of Colonia will be conducted at 9:45 a.m. Monday at Saint Agnes R.C. Church in Clark.

Burial will follow at Saint Gertrude Cemetery in Colonia.
Visitation is scheduled for 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Gosselin Funeral Home, 660 New Dover Road, Edison.
Reinhard, 25, who dreamed of being a jet pilot as a boy, was a crew chief, flying on a Sikorsky Sea Stallion with HMH 363 — the Lucky Red Lions.
A graduate of Saint Joseph High School in Metuchen, Reinhard had only a few weeks left in his deployment when he was killed in a helicopter crashed in Afghanistan last Thursday. It was his second deployment and was supposed to be his last because he had one year left in his enlistment.
“For his family and his friends, he was already a hero … before he ever put on a uniform for his country. The uniform only announced to the rest of the world what a wonderful man, what a wonderful soul he was — that he was a hero for all of us,” his obituary reads.
