JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — More than 200 leathernecks with a squadron based at Marine Corps Air Station New River, N.C., will return from Iraq this weekend.
Members of Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 167 are scheduled to return Saturday from a seven-month deployment, according to an air station spokeswoman.
The squadron of UH-1N Hueys and AH-1W Super Cobras was stationed at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, where it supported ground operations.
