Reunion Update for Members of HMM-263
April 27, 2004

Since I sent the first letter to all members of our squadron in September of 2003, I have also sent out to our group, twelve different e-mails with attachments. These range from the hotel accommodations and air transportation, car rental, the squadron dinner including prices and choice of menu for the dinner, ordering procedures for memorabilia for the reunion and other items of interest regarding our reunion.

If you happen to be one of those who lives under “Murphy’s Law” and have not received any of these e-mails or you have any questions regarding anything, please do not hesitate to call (not collect) if you are close to the Southern California area, (714) 894-8105, or you can e-mail me at gjalls@aol.com and I will get back to you ASAP.

One of our biggest obstacles, at this time, is getting people to order the reunion memorabilia. If you are going to do this, please do so ASAP. Time is closing in on us and we do not want to wait until the last minute.

T.C. Moyer, Les Williams, and myself are doing all that we can to make this a successful and fun time for all. Please join in and make this one of the best that you have attended.
