I flew tad with 262 in feb 1970. I have a patch , the ace of spades with the chosen few, a skull with a lightning bolt through it the year 69-70 to the right crossed 50's under the skull and 262 under the guns. I cant find it anywwhere in this site. Where did it come from. My memory isn't very good anymore. Also can I purchase a sqdrn cruise book fvrom 69-70 anywhere. Is there anyplace I can get info on any flying I did. Support operations and the particulars or who I flew with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Patch

The patch you are speaking of was a gunner's patch. You supposedly rated one when you got gun time on the Phrogs. I flew in 70, the patches were still around, but I never got mine. We have different patches, caps, shirts etc for sale and will have them at the reunion in Reno in July. Go to the related links on the front page and go to the squadron website, it will tell you bout the squadron dinner, etc.

The patch you are talking about is in our stack to be added to the Freedom Hill PX. Right now there are about 7 ahead of it, but if there is enough demand out there I'll move it up, and have it ready by reunion. Let me know.
