HMX-1 has invited YN-19 (UH-34D) to attend their 60th Anniversary in April. Our program is still hurting for funding and we can't afford to absorb this at the present time.

If you served with HMX-1 would like to make a donation towards our fuel cost, please contact me (Al Weiss).

It will cost us about $2,000 to fly YN-19 there and back home. So far HMX-1 hasn't found a sponsor for the fuel cost so that is why I'm asking the members if they would like to make a contribution towards fuel.
