Would like to request that you assist me in posting said patch in "Ask our members", and ask if anyone remembers said patch. I read that the CH-53D's are no longer allowed to travel at such speed??

I sure do remember when I earned my "Super Bird" patch back in 5/70 with HMH-462 in Oki. It was given to the crew members who had hit the 200 MPH mark. I believe that the squadron tech reps were the ones who gave them out. I no longer have that patch since someone decided that he wanted my flight jacket more than I did. If you can hold out till the reunion in Reno we'll have a supply of these patches for sale. Right now they are the fourth one from the top of the stack so they will go into production in the next couple of months.
