In Sept of '66 I led a team of technicians from Ubon RTAB, Thailand, to Dong Ha in order to recover critical parts from one of our F-4's that ran out of gas and tried to land at Dong Ha. Were you there at that time? How far is Dong Ha from the DMZ? I have some pictures of the F-4 recovery effort and will share them if you can direct me to a site for Dong Ha photos. Being at Dong Ha at that time was an experience that I'll never forget
