"spate" on down helios

What kind and where?
In general terms, helicopters don't really want to fly, yet there seems to be an abundance of characters (pilots) that can do more than hover and often get into the "rules vs. laws" of flight.
Rules of flight are made by people who just want to restrict the things one can legally do when successfully operating a helicopter free of the bonds of earth.
Laws of flight are the creation of God and violations there of usually renders one dead or really hurt enough to reconsider any violations of the same sort.
As I write this to you, I can honestly say I may have broken some rules, but never the laws.
