Marine CH-46 crash early 1974 at the Heloport at Yokosuka Japan Naval Base.

The crew came out OK however,the three passengers did not make it. I was involved in body/parts removal from the accident.

I'm now a retired CWO and in need of the date that this event happened.

I'm rated at 40% disability, and the VA is asking me for a date due to a claim I submitted.

I've tried and talked to everyone I can think of to get this information with no luck.

Any help you could you could give me I thank You for.
