My brother, Lt Louis M. Cerrotta, was killed on Dec. 20, 1971 when his helicopter malfunctioned over the Indian Ocean.

Initially we were told that his helicopter exploded - then we were told that his helicopter merely flew into the waters - now we know that the helicopter malfunctioned.

On behalf of the Cerrotta family I would like to request a copy of the official report as to what his assignment was and what REALLY happened on December 20 1971.
