What squadron would have done a medevac about 1/2 - 3/4 mile NE of Liberty Bridge in early 69? Would the 2 gunships be in the same squadron as the Medevac chopper? The Navy Corpsman on the Medevac, would he be in the squadron?

Early 69, position was given as 1/2 -3/4 mile NE of Liberty Bridge. No radio or map. Call was made by runner back to Liberty Bridge. Sun Down in high grass. 2 WIAs, one a Sgt or SSGT squad leader. the other a em. gunships came in low searching for us from the NE. Original squad was ambushed and left the WIAS behind. Never saw the patrol squad. WIAs found by volunteer squad non infantry transients, Joined by another squad led by Lt. Medevac left at dark. No idea what unit was involved. 1-5 had the bridge but companies from all over the 1st Mar Div took a week at bridge security. What squadron would have done the medevac?
