Right now I’m still down in Bradenton, FL but on the TV they have been showing Jacksonville flooding and expecting the water to still rise for a couple days. They didn’t say anything about MCAS or Camp Lejeune.

Have some friends that retired their and all is well in town. When I was at New River we secured the birds in the hangars and never had another issue. They have all new masonry barracks, suspect it''s all good. I'll post if I find out anything.

262 had a reunion there a couple years ago and when in one of the new hangers I noticed part of the door was a canvas material. I ask one of the Officers and he said they were hurricane rated but I forget to what category. I don’t know if they still use the term “barracks” Joe since they seemed more like 3 story brick apartment buildings to me.
