Dear Sir
I am applying the final editorial touches to a 1968-69 unit history of the 220th Reconnaissance Airplane Company 'Catkillers'. Opcon to 3rd Mardiv and carrying VMO-6 'Klondikes' in the back seats, this was the only Army O-1 Bird Dog company whose pilots carried the Marine TACA designation. They also regularly covered 'Chatterbox' CH-46s, ran 'Seaworthy' gunships and occasionally had dogfights with 'Murrey' CH-34s.
Prior to beginning the submission process I am shamelessly looking for pre-publication reviews to include with the manuscript. Inasmuch as much of the book deals with the above subjects and covers a gap generally overlooked in the Marine history of northern I Corps, would you be willing to read and write a review?
Sincerely,
Jim Hooper
