FYI

https://www.popasmoke.com/kia/incidents.php?incident_id=90

My name is Patrick Sherrill and I am currently a
police officer in Texas. I served eight years in the
Marines from 91 to 99. In '92 I recieved an MIA/POW
bracelet with the name Cpl Earnest R. Byars on it. I
wore that bracelet for the past 11 years. And recently
it broke, and during my attempt to get it replaced I
found out that in 1993 his remains were identified and
buried in Arlington.

I am currently working on making a shadwo box to
present ot relatives if I can locate them. What I was
wonder sir, was if you could check through all your
sources and see if anyone might have a picture of Cpl
Byars from HMM-164 in '67. I think it would be a nice
addition to the shadow box.

Thank you for your time and I understand if you are
unable to locate any pictures. Thank you.

Patrick
Not as lean, or as mean, but always a Marine.
