I was in Viet nam from Jun 1969 to Aug 1970 There are two incidents that I'm trying to remember. one was on the night of 27 Oct when insurgents bombed the airfield and the hospital. I understand that 91 wounded were reported and 3 dead, but I need to make sure this was in 1969. I was in VMO-2. I remember the seebees were working hard to provent this insurgency. I was on the clean-up crew and was trying to help the injured out of the mess. does anyone have any other records? HELP.
