CH-46D 154807 was accepted at Morton on the 11th of March 1968. Delivered to HMM-263 on the 5th of April 1968.
To HMM-364 on the 15th of March 1970 and wore the code YK-17.
To H&MS36 COSA on the 23rd of Feb 1971.
To HMM-164 on 22nd of April 1971.
To HMM-165 on the 7th of Feb 1974.

Thanks for the info -

While on Float with LSU Foxtrot, we were moving some ground equipment from one LZ to another - after we had everything secured in the helo, I thought I had time to run and get a few forgotten items - wrong -

Right about the time I hit the ramp, the pilot launced and out I went. The crew chief was screaming at me for the next 2 hours.

I've always had an affinity for that bird.

If it's not too much trouble, could you give the squadrons from 74' thru 80'

To HMM-164 on the 1st of December 1976.
To HMM-161 on the 30th of August, 1978.
To HMM-163 on the 1st of March, 1979.
To HMM-164 on the 1st of Septmber, 1979.
To HMM-268 on the 25th of February, 1980.
To HMM-161 on the 1st of September, 1980.

It is still active, last mted in December 2002, coded "ET-05" with HMM-262.
